Overview
EdgyBiz, LLC ("EdgyBiz," "we," "us," or "our") provides EdgyDash, an AI voice agent answering service for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, contact us, create an account, use EdgyDash, or interact with an EdgyDash-powered voice agent on behalf of one of our customers.
Information We Collect
We may collect account information, contact information, billing information, support communications, website usage data, cookies, device data, call audio, call transcripts, call summaries, caller phone numbers, message content, CRM or backoffice data made available by customers, integration metadata, and service logs.
Information from Customers and Integrations
Our customers may connect EdgyDash to CRMs, calendars, ticketing systems, phone systems, messaging platforms, and other business tools. We process this information to provide the service according to customer instructions.
Information from Callers
If you call a business that uses EdgyDash, the AI assistant may collect information you provide during the call, such as your name, phone number, reason for calling, appointment preferences, order or service details, and other information needed to route or respond to your request. Calls may be recorded or transcribed where enabled by the customer.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide, secure, support, improve, and troubleshoot EdgyDash; answer and route calls; create transcripts and summaries; update customer systems; manage accounts and billing; communicate with customers; prevent abuse; comply with law; and enforce our agreements.
AI and Data Use
Provider does not use Customer call recordings, transcripts, CRM records, message content, or other Customer Data to train Provider-owned general-purpose AI models, unless Customer explicitly opts in in writing. The Platform may rely on third-party artificial intelligence models and related services to provide the Services, including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, natural language processing, and response generation. Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to configure such third-party services, where available, so that Customer Data is not used by those third-party providers to train general-purpose AI models. However, Customer acknowledges that third-party AI providers process Customer Data subject to their own applicable terms, data processing agreements, subprocessors, and technical controls. Provider may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified operational information to improve service reliability, performance, security, and user experience, provided such information does not identify Customer or any individual caller.
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to service providers and subprocessors who help us provide EdgyDash, to connected platforms authorized by customers, to comply with law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with business transfers, and with consent or direction from the relevant customer or user.
Customer-Controlled Data
For information processed on behalf of an EdgyDash customer, that customer is generally responsible for determining the purpose and means of processing. Requests relating to caller information may need to be directed to the business you contacted.

Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and meet customer-configured retention settings. Customers may configure or request deletion of certain data subject to legal and technical limitations.

Depending on your location and relationship with us, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict certain information, or object to certain processing. State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights. We do not sell personal information as the term is commonly understood. If our practices constitute a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, we will provide required notices and opt-out mechanisms.
International Users
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.
Children
EdgyDash is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website.
