Christine Reinhold
Christine (Chrissy) Reinhold is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at EdgyBiz, LLC. She is responsible for guiding the company’s strategic direction and managing overall operations. Chrissy’s background includes more than 15 years of leadership experience in driving process improvements through business automation and by implementing software applications to enable companies to grow efficiently and at a rapid pace.
Prior to EdgyBiz, Chrissy served on the leadership teams of the enterprise software and healthcare companies Modernizing Medicine and Sentry Data Systems, as well as Bigtincan Holdings (formerly Brainshark), a provider of digital sales and communications solutions. In these roles, she led hundreds of digital transformation projects to automate processes and introduce innovative software solutions. These initiatives resulted in millions of dollars in savings across areas such as sales, marketing, customer experience, contracting and invoicing. Chrissy enjoys solving complex operational challenges by finding innovative and intuitive solutions that will allow companies to get time back AND exceed goals.
Chrissy graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College, with a B.A. in Cognitive Science and International Relations. She was elected as an MVP by Salesforce for seven consecutive years for her digital expertise.
Outside of the office, Chrissy founded and leads the Salesforce Southeast Florida User Group and also serves as President of her Dartmouth alumni class.

Valerian Soltes
Valerian, as the Co-Founder and Chief Transformation Officer, excels in forging lasting partnerships with clients, consistently emerging as a trusted advisor in their business journeys. His philosophy is centered on recognizing and addressing the distinct needs and challenges of each business through tailored, optimized strategies. Before establishing EdgyBiz, Valerian successfully managed multiple ventures in the construction and commercial services sectors, amassing over twenty years of hands-on experience in the small business realm. This extensive background equips him with a profound understanding of the hurdles small businesses face, enabling him to swiftly implement effective solutions that significantly boost top-line growth.
Beyond his entrepreneurial prowess, Valerian is known for his exceptional blend of business insight, technical proficiency, and deep knowledge of enterprise systems. This unique combination enables him to architect robust and sustainable business solutions. He is an alumnus of Nova Southeastern University School of Business and Entrepreneurship, where he graduated with high honors in Business Management.
When away from the professional arena, Valerian is an avid adventurer, passionately indulging in kiteboarding across the stunning locales of Hawaii and Costa Rica. His love for exploration extends to frequent European trips, where he immerses himself in diverse cultures and culinary experiences. Committed to giving back to the community, he leads a mentorship program for local youth, imparting valuable entrepreneurial skills and fostering the next generation of business leaders.

Brian Janson - Technical Lead
Brian Janson serves as the technical lead to ensure all projects are staffed with the most effective project team and that all technical designs meet each customer’s unique architectural requirements. Prior to EdgyBiz, Brian worked in management consulting, implementing digital applications for mid-sized technology companies. Brian has a degree in Information Technology from Tulane and enjoys restoring classic cars in his free time.
Allison Levy - Project Coordinator
Allison Levy brings 15+ years of project management and organizational development experience from the construction and professional services sectors. She began her career as an office manager for a roofing company in New England. Allison now enjoys applying her knowledge, skills, and talents to serve the EdgyBiz team and our clientele.
